TunnelFox Global Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the TunnelFox Global Terms of Service. It applies to all use of the TunnelFox Global bot, Mini App, website, connection profiles, support channels and related infrastructure.
1. General rule
You must use TunnelFox Global lawfully, responsibly and only for legitimate purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws, regulations, court orders, platform rules, payment provider rules and third-party rights that apply to you.
You must not use the Service to hide, facilitate, automate, scale, profit from or support illegal, harmful, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use, attempt to use, encourage, assist or enable others to use the Service for any of the activities below.
2.1 Spam and platform abuse
- sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages or unwanted commercial messages;
- mass registration, account farming, fake engagement, botting, scraping or automation that violates platform rules;
- bypassing anti-spam, rate-limit, anti-abuse or account-integrity systems;
- operating spam infrastructure, proxy chains, traffic farms or similar systems.
2.2 Phishing, fraud and scams
- phishing, credential theft, wallet-draining, social engineering or impersonation;
- payment fraud, card testing, chargeback fraud, refund abuse or promo-code abuse;
- investment scams, crypto scams, fake airdrops, fake support channels or fake login pages;
- obtaining, selling, distributing or using stolen credentials, tokens, cookies, payment data or personal data.
2.3 Malware and unauthorised access
- creating, hosting, distributing, controlling or supporting malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, exploit kits or command-and-control systems;
- unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, devices or data;
- vulnerability exploitation without lawful authorisation;
- credential stuffing, brute force, password spraying, token replay or session hijacking.
2.4 Attacks and network abuse
- DDoS, DoS, traffic flooding or resource exhaustion;
- port scanning, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing of third-party systems without permission;
- network interference, routing abuse, reflection attacks or amplification attacks;
- excessive or abnormal usage that degrades the Service or third-party networks.
2.5 Illegal content and unlawful conduct
- distributing, accessing, requesting, selling or facilitating illegal content, products or services;
- child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
- terrorism, violent extremism, instructions for violent wrongdoing or support for sanctioned terrorist organisations;
- unlawful weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit documents, stolen goods, stolen data or illegal financial services;
- harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing or non-consensual intimate content;
- activity that violates privacy, data protection, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, cybercrime, financial-crime, export-control or sanctions laws.
2.6 Intellectual-property and third-party rights
- copyright infringement, piracy, unlawful streaming, unlawful downloads or circumvention of digital rights management;
- trademark infringement, brand impersonation or counterfeit activity;
- violation of rights of publicity, privacy, confidentiality, trade secrets or contractual restrictions.
2.7 Circumvention of legal or platform restrictions
- accessing, distributing or enabling access to content, services, platforms or networks where such access violates applicable law, court orders, regulatory restrictions or third-party terms;
- bypassing lawful access restrictions, sanctions, export controls, payment restrictions, age restrictions, licensing restrictions or geo-restrictions where doing so is unlawful or prohibited;
- using the Service in any jurisdiction where the Service, your activity or the relevant payment method is prohibited.
2.8 Resale and unauthorised sharing
- selling, renting, sublicensing, publishing, sharing or transferring your connection profile to another person;
- operating a resale service, public proxy, traffic relay, shared-access service or commercial access pool without our written permission;
- using multiple accounts, devices or technical identifiers to bypass limits, bans, trials, tariffs or promo-code restrictions.
2.9 Abuse of support, reports and legal processes
- submitting false abuse reports, false legal notices, fraudulent refund requests or misleading evidence;
- threatening support staff, abusing communication channels or attempting to manipulate enforcement decisions;
- using chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
3. Technical limits
We may apply technical limits to protect the Service, including rate limits, device limits, session limits, traffic limits, connection limits, location limits, fair-use limits, anti-fraud checks and automated security controls.
Attempts to bypass these limits are prohibited.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We do not undertake to monitor all user activity, but we may review activity, logs, payment signals, security alerts, abuse reports and provider complaints where needed to operate and protect the Service.
If we believe this AUP has been violated, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- warn the user;
- limit, suspend or terminate access;
- revoke a trial, promo code, discount or bonus;
- block a connection profile, device, Telegram account or payment method;
- refuse a payment or refund request where lawful;
- report activity to infrastructure providers, payment providers, Telegram, law enforcement or rights holders where appropriate;
- preserve evidence for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes;
- take legal action.
We may act immediately and without prior notice where the issue is serious, urgent, unlawful, risky or required by a third party or law.
5. Appeals
If you believe your access was restricted by mistake, contact support at support@tunnelfox.tech / @tunnel_fox_global_bot. Include:
- your Telegram ID or username;
- date and time of the restriction;
- payment ID, if relevant;
- explanation of what happened;
- evidence supporting your appeal.
We will review appeals in good faith, but we are not required to restore access if we reasonably determine that a violation occurred or restoration would create risk.
6. Reporting abuse
To report abuse involving TunnelFox Global, contact abuse@tunnelfox.tech and include as much detail as possible:
- your contact details;
- the suspected Telegram username, ID, connection profile or other identifier, if known;
- timestamps and timezone;
- screenshots, logs, URLs, headers, transaction IDs or other evidence;
- a clear description of the issue and harm.
Please do not send illegal content itself unless legally permitted and strictly necessary. For child sexual abuse material, imminent threats, terrorism or serious crime, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority first.
7. No waiver
Failure to enforce this AUP in one situation does not waive our right to enforce it in another situation.
